- Yesterday, Google added a new app to its repertoire of free tools. Google Photos a new, standalone product, “gives you a home for all your photos and videos, helps you organize and bring your moments to life, and lets you share and save what matters.”
Some features include:
♦ Backup and store unlimited, high-quality photos and videos, for free.
♦ Automatically organizes memories by the people, places, and things. No tagging, labeling, or need to create albums.
♦ Can quickly enhance photos and combine them in new ways.
♦ Offers instant adjustments tuned to the photo’s color, lighting, and subject.
♦ You can now take any set of photos and videos, or any album, and simply create a link to share hundreds of photos at once.
- Apple regained the top spot in this year’s BrandZ Top 100 Most Valuable Brands study. Last year’s top spot went to Google. (Adweek)
